What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing time
Within 1–3 working days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved and packaged. The package is then prepared for transport.

2. Delivery time

The shipment is handled by [Largest postal courier of your respective country].

All shipping times exclude any possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss or damage of the package.

Where is my package?
After shipment, the customer will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.

The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click “track your order” in the main menu on our website.

For logistical reasons, the order may be sent in multiple partial shipments.

My tracking number does not work
It can take up to 5 working days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still does not show any information after a few days, customer service can be contacted.
