Information about Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

• on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, insofar as you ordered one or more goods under a single order and these were delivered simultaneously;

• on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, insofar as you ordered multiple goods under a single order and these were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done via e-mail: SUPPORT@YOUR SHOP.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 30 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

For this reimbursement, we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this reimbursement incur any additional costs for you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have:

• received the returned goods, or

• you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal of the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 30-day period.

The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements:

• for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer;

• for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;

• for the delivery of alcoholic beverages where the price was agreed upon in the contract but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the agreement and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

• for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for agreements:

• for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal is broken after delivery;

• for the delivery of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

• for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal is broken after delivery.
